I think the best way to start is to starve your self first. I read in a book and it is effective in me. We should know first what are body is telling us. I for example had an outlet of eating as a way of letting my stress out. But now I know that I am just mentally starve and will have a broader view in eating. There are other reasons but I think this one essential thing to discover and look at afterwards
